Challenge

Our goal was to develop a brand for Equiton Developments’ 
first Maxium project, 875 The Queensway, that stood out in the marketplace, peaked people’s curious about Maxium, created mid-rise condo envy, and solifided Equiton’s reputation as a trusted, recognizable leader in the real estate development industry.

Strategy

First, we designed a brand that is timeless, distinctive, and captivating, setting it apart from the rest of the market while seamlessly aligning with the Maxium brand, further strengthening the brand equity. We then continued to establish Equiton as the developer of choice, building on the award-winning launch of Maxium – 875 The Queensway. By developing and implementing a flawless go-to-market strategy, we were able to effectively engage end users and the broker community, driving qualified registrations that achieved development proforma goals as set by Equiton Developments.
