Two projects in two very different neighbourhoods under one brand. When Gairloch came to us to brand their two new buildings at 1414 Bayview and Junction Point, we recognized that a Gairloch is a Gairloch. No matter what street it’s on, you’ll see the same sensibility of aesthetic meets utility. Everything is placed with purpose for function and design. While both properties have similarities, they are tailored to the different characteristics, lifestyles, and demographics of their respective neighbourhoods.
Toronto is a city of neighbourhoods. Where you live becomes a part of your identity. Gairloch’s Leaside property at 1414 Bayview is as unique as the area it inhabits. The sales centre showcased the muted neutral features and finishes that any family could move into and feel at home. Community created a brochure,
interior/exterior signage and print ads that spotlighted these design focused residences in one of the city’s most exclusive neighbourhoods. Ideal for families and individuals who prioritize beauty and function. To the community of Leaside, 1414 Bayview is like the new friend who you feel like you’ve known for years.
