Intuit had not effectively communicated with their community in 8 months. Our challenge was to drive increased awareness, engagement, and relevance on social media for a SAAS brand.
Objective
If there’s one thing people don’t spend time talking about, it’s taxes. Especially on social media. We took their ambivalence as an opportunity. Instead of bombarding followers with tips about taxes, we began to humanize the brand and democratize the experience of doing your taxes. We set out to empower the public to feel capable and knowledgeable when it comes to their taxes.
Solution
We relaunched the brand on social media with a holistic and integrated 360° strategy that would humanize the brand and connect with the audience. We customized unique content experiences across 6 different social media platforms in English and French. As part of this strategy, we partnered with micro influencers, spokespeople (like Raptor Rookie Dalano Banton), engaged in a product-focused sweepstakes, developed customer testimonials, and used active social listening to increase the opportunities for positive community management.
